ipSCAPE achieves global recognition – Awarded Leaders in Enabling Technology 2020

ipSCAPE ended the year on a high note as the recipient of the Best Practises Frost & Sullivan 2020 Award for Australian Cloud Contact Centre Services Enabling Technology Leadership.

The Frost & Sullivan award was presented to ipSCAPE for helping government and healthcare clients navigate their customer communications during COVID-19. In partnership with Telkomtelstra, ipSCAPE assisted to keep hospital staff and patients safe. Tarakan hospital in Indonesia utilised the ipSCAPE platform to conduct remote COVID-19 screenings, limiting physical exposure and mitigating strain on resources.
