ipSCAPE receive recognition for Innovative Use of Technology in Customer Service at the Stevie Award 2021

ipSCAPE has proudly been recognised at the Stevie Awards for Innovative Use of Technology in Customer Service for Non-Profit. The Stevie Awards are the world’s premier business awards, created to recognise the achievements and positive contributions of organisations worldwide.  

Our telecommunications partner, Telkom Indonesia, received the award to acknowledge ipSCAPE’s engagement of technology to address violence against women in Indonesia. Telkom Indonesia deliver innovative software supported by ipSCAPE to power the Cloud Contact Centre for Indonesia’s National Commission on Violence Against Women (KOMNAS Perempuan).  

The National Commission works to enforce women’s human rights in Indonesia and prevent all forms of violence against women. ipSCAPE’s contact centre technology enables The Commission to respond efficiently to inbound calls to provide women with much-needed resources and support.
