2. The Challenge

Savvy required customer communication technology to facilitate inbound calls. With multiple products, they wanted an easy to manage IVR solution to direct customers to the most appropriate agent. They also required an outbound dialler to increase contact rates with potential customers to drive sales for their loan products including, Car loans, Leisure loans and personal loans. 

Savvy’s previous provider was unsustainably expensive and did not offer flexible licence structure to cater to Savvy’s seasonal demands.
